- Spectra provides AI coding workspace capabilities, related developer tooling, and associated operational support surfaces.
- The product may include provider integrations, workspace management, diagnostics, billing features, and related documentation or support materials.
- We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue portions of the service as the product evolves.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and current account information.
- You must keep your login credentials, tokens, and other access mechanisms secure.
- Activity performed through your account is treated as your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Spectra promptly.
Acceptable use
- You may not use Spectra for unlawful activity, security abuse, fraud, or conduct that harms the service or other users.
- You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected data, or perform unauthorized load testing.
- You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that is malicious, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful.

Billing and payments
- Applicable pricing is presented through Spectra product or website surfaces and may change over time.
- You are responsible for paying fees associated with your selected plan, usage, or purchase path.
- Except where required by law, digital service purchases are generally non-refundable once service consumption has begun.

Intellectual property
- Spectra and its licensors retain ownership of the software, interface design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property associated with the service.

Service availability and disclaimers
